Mid-Sr. Blue Yonder WMS Manual Software Tester

Job Description:
This is a remote position for a long-term client assignment. The ideal candidate lives within approximately 2-3 hours’ drive of Columbus, OH to support occasional in-person meetings.

As a Mid-Senior Tester with Lighthouse Technologies, you will be responsible for analysis and review of the project documentation to design and execute software tests. The position will be responsible for communicating testing status directly with the project team and may lead a small team of software testers. This position will review requirements, business and system use cases, technical specifications, and other project documentation to design, write and maintain test cases.  The position will document and communicate defects, as well as verify defect resolution and remediation efforts.  The position will be accountable for creating and maintaining rigorous documentation standards in line with client’s standard operating procedures.  You may also be asked to participate in major system testing, including unit, integration, and user acceptance, as well as working with project teams that include stakeholders and presenting to senior management and customers. Salary range: $60K-75K.

The Ideal Candidate:
  • Minimum of 4-10+ years of software testing experience
  • Lives in Dayton, Cincinnati, or Columbus region for occasional in-person meetings
  • EDI and API testing experience
  • Blue Yonder Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience
  • ISTQB Software Testing Certification
  • Test automation experience
